I want to thank all the staff and Alicia for the way I was treated. My husband took me in and I didn't know if I was coming or going. I felt so bad. I was attended to promptly and in a manner that safeguarded everyone's health including mine. For that, I am very grateful. I know they cared about my well being because in the afternoon I got a follow-up call.
Dr. Arce, the P.A. & all staff have always treated me with kindness & respect, I have no complaints!
I see Dr. McDougal in Weslaco, great Dr. and the staff are nice, they treat you with care. You are treated by a really nice lady that offers you coffee and water when you are sitting down. Never have been disappointed.
